I am a direct and supportive therapist. I challenge my client's line of thinking and ask for them to be active participants in the therapeutic process. I work well with motivated and honest individuals. I'm a heavy believer in doing the work outside of the session, as well collaborative approach inside of the session. I will hold you accountable for doing and practicing your homework outside of the session, and I'm an active participant in helping you achieve your goals. I'm here to work hard for you, as long you're willing to work hard as well.
