Nice to meet you
I’m a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational stress, and life transitions, and I also support new parents by teaching effective parenting skills. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach integrates CBT, motivational interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help identify and shift negative core beliefs, build self-confidence, and develop practical coping skills.

I make sure to go to the gym 3–4 times a week after work. I go to church on Sundays to work on my spiritual life, as I believe it is an important tool for self-care. I also like to take road trips to national parks and find new trails. Another favorite thing to do is take a big trip around the world at least once a year.
