Nice to meet you
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I take a collaborative approach, encouraging you to express what works best for you and envision your ideal outcome. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer direction for future sessions. My style is rooted in Solution-Focused Therapy, emphasizing practical, realistic solutions to help you move toward your goals.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through regular exercise, whether it’s going for walks, doing workouts at home, or exploring new outdoor activities. I also focus on living a healthier lifestyle by making mindful food choices and trying new nutritious recipes. Spending quality time with my immediate family, especially my son, is very important to me. We enjoy activities like cooking together, going on nature outings, or simply finding fun ways to stay active and connected. These moments support my health and well-being and strengthen our bond as a family.
