Nice to meet you
Hello and welcome to Octave. I’m really glad you’re here. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally informed space where you are respected and valued. Reaching out for support can take courage, and you don’t have to navigate things alone. My approach is grounded in cultural humility, collaboration, and trust. Together, we can explore what brings you to therapy and move toward healing, balance, and meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. Welcome—I’m honored to be part of your care.

Interests
Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my family and my fur babies—they’re a big source of comfort and balance in my life. I especially love taking long drives with my husband and our fur babies to explore nature, clear my mind, and recharge. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants and experiencing foods from different cultures, which feels like a meaningful way to stay curious and connected to the world around me.
