High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
I believe in practical solutions to problems. I use evidence-based practices that have been proven to show results. My focus is on the interpersonal process and pulls in components from different evidence-based theoretical orientations. Some of these include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), CBT, and family systems. I specialize in treating adults and struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and difficulty adapting to life's changes.
I believe in honesty, acceptance, and mutual respect in my work with clients. I strive to provide a safe space to openly examine self-doubt, conflicted feelings, and emotions.
