I am a relational therapist who values collaboration. I help people to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma and to improve relationships, a positive sense of self, and overall life satisfaction. I believe that people are separate from their problems and that everyone has the wisdom and strength needed to improve their well-being. I welcome all and have experience working with people of a multitude of races, sexual orientations, ages, economic and family situations. I use a combination of modalities when working with clients.
