Nice to meet you
I offer a welcoming, compassionate environment where we can work together towards healing and reaching your goals. I have a passion for working with people who are struggling with challenging life experiences and trauma. I specialize in working with people who have experienced childhood trauma and abuse, survivors of sexual abuse, and people who feel stuck and unsatisfied. I assist my clients in developing the needed coping skills to manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and find balance in their lives. I use interventions from various modalities.
