Nice to meet you
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I work with clients navigating difficult emotions and challenging situations, drawing on specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This equips me to teach practical, evidence-based skills to support growth and balance. I often combine DBT with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
